"René experienced the impact a hyper-growth learning path has in shaping professionals while working at the Boston Consulting Group across Europe, Asia & Africa. Following a passion for people development led him to his role as HR Chief at Lazada in South-East Asia. While there, he noticed how 5000+ employees craved impactful career-development that existing training could not deliver. Inspired to fill this gap he co-founded Lepaya in Amsterdam’s beautiful 9-Straatjes district. Very happy with only having a 10-min commute, you’ll probably see René cycling by with a smile on his face!"

"Peter loves working in a fast-paced environment! After several years at the Boston Consulting Group, he decided that he works best in a dynamic environment where every day is different. After his career as a strategy consultant, he had several leadership roles at scale-ups, leading to many rollercoaster experiences. At Lepaya, he is on his next adventure and together with the team created a vibrant and open culture. When he is not in the office or in a zoom meeting, he likes to take it a bit easier and enjoy time with his family or go on a sailing trip."

She loves being able to really see the result of our work every day and the impact of our training programs on the lives of professionals who participate in them. As a true Dutchie, living below sea level most of her life, Nynke loves to spend her Lepaya weekends on the water, either on a boat on the canals of Amsterdam, kitesurfing at sea or on the Frisian lakes up north!”

Focusing on making things measurable, he drives the Learning roadmap to improve the impact of our learning programs. He also wants to improve his time on the half distance triathlon, so when he doesn't respond to your call right away, he may be running, on his bike or in the swimming pool.”

With a mixed background as an entrepreneur and a career in HR at Microsoft, he knows how to convert the content of the L&D profession into the commercial upscaling of Lepaya. Out of the office? Stef likes to be (sporty) in nature with friends and family.”

After work, Fred loves dining out with good company and enjoys F1 racing (not driving himself, just as a spectator).”

Bart is involved in devising sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and is responsible for optimizing the CRM process. In his spare time he is a fanatic cyclist, football player and pub quizzer. He also likes to watch sports on TV while enjoying a beer.”
