Gijs Coppens is a clinical psychologist, entrepreneur and founder of the mental well-being platform “OpenUp”. His mission: making mental well-being accessible to all. Studying clinical psychology at Tilburg University and working as a psychologist in healthcare, Gijs realized that the current healthcare system cannot help everyone in need. His company ‘OpenUp’ provides mental well-being support to over 300,000 employees in more than 750 organisations such as Rituals, Decathlon, Hunkemöller and KPMG by combining high-tech and high-touch.
Hidde de Vries is the founder of Recharge360 and speaker and author on mental wellbeing and team performance. He noticed our society getting more and more busy. He saw employees struggling with their mental well-being and companies not knowing how to respond effectively. He spent five years at Google, examining how the biggest companies tackle these modern challenges head-on.
His insights led to the Recharge360 program. A science-backed well-being program, which already supports companies like Randstad, Unilever, and Deloitte, to improve their employee performance in a sustainable way. Hidde’s latest book, (Work Smart Play Smart), which highlights the Recharge360 methodology, has sold over 25,000 copies to date. He lives in The Hague, Netherlands, with his wife and son.
Noor van Boven has been part of leadership teams of founder-led organizations throughout her career. As Chief People Officer at N26 and VP People at SoundCloud, she has shown how to scale organizations in a sustainable way during times of extreme growth and constant change. Noor is globally recognized for her track record in building high performing teams. As an international executive and board member, Noor understands the complex stakeholder dynamic in public and private organizations. Annee Spijkervet is the Country Manager of Lepaya for the Benelux. She is in charge of leading the sales teams responsible for developing L&D strategies across a large portfolio of industries. Annee joined Lepaya at the beginning of this year. Prior to that she worked at Google where she has been involved in Well-being programs. During the pandemic she noticed that creating Resilience was key in managing your well-being. She believes that although Resilience is a process that is different every time, we can strengthen our attitudes and behaviors related to resilience.
