How can I download the app?

How can I login to the app?

How can I access the online content through my desktop?

You can of course also use the desktop version if you prefer! All you have to do is go to and follow the same steps as you would using the app.

I can't seem to be able to download the app, what do I do?

Please check if your mobile device meets the following requirements:

iPhone: iOS 11.4 or above

Android: 5.0.0 or above

Unfortunately, if your mobile device doesn’t meet the above requirements, you cannot download the app. But don’t worry! Please send an email to and let us know about this. Remember to also include the essential information stated above. We will send you links to the desktop versions of your bites, so you won’t miss out on anything!

What do I do if I don't receive a verification email?

If you haven’t received a verification email, make sure to check your spam folder, sometimes it lands in there! If the verification email also isn’t in your spam folder, you can resend it from the app as shown in the image below.

Can I access the bites through a web browser on my computer?

Yes, you can! You can send the bites to your email address by clicking on the computer image in the top right corner of the bite you want to send. The bite will be sent to the email address that you are logged in with.


If you like to view your entire module through your desktop, you can go to and access your account from there!
