Description

During the Leadership Keys track leads will develop soft skills that are crucial for managing more complex team management projects in operational environments that require effective and efficient leadership. We help with very practical tools to (better) master these skills. We add crucial skills to your solid foundation that can be used for years to come and with which your organization can comfortably face leadership specific challenges. We help the leads in your organization to become aware of their own strengths, preferred social- and communication styles, influence overall performance and achieve key results.

This program will also teach how to recognize and address miscommunications, presenting accordingly in a bigger story in a convincing way, as well as becoming aware and adapting between a coaching and directive leadership style, based on the situation and audience.

Take Off

  • Become aware of your own strengths

  • Learn to understand your own preferred social style and the impact it has on communication and working together with others

Communication

  • Gain awareness of different levels of communication within a conversation
  • Learn and practice  to switch between different levels of communication
  • Learn how to recognize and address miscommunication

Inspirational Presentation Skills

  • Practice to communicate the bigger story in a concrete and convincing way to your team members
  • Learn to align how you present yourself according to your goal
  • Learn to adapt your presentation style based on your audience

Driving Results

  • Gain an overview of how your actions influence the KPI’s and the overall performance of the organization
  • Learn how to achieve results by delegating and allocating tasks to your team
  • Learn how to differentiate between a coaching and directive leadership style based on the situation and audience

Feedback

  • Learn and practice how to give feedback in a constructive way using the Feedback model
  • Learn ways to deal with resistance when giving feedback

Check Out

  • Evaluate the outcome and impact of the training program and reflect on your personal development goals
  • Celebrate the successful completion of the program with a group activity

Training topics: 5 standardized topics with one additional optional ‘’Check Out’’ (this is our standard, but we are flexible to adjust to your needs)
