We add crucial skills to your solid foundation that can be used for years to come and with which your organization can comfortably face leadership specific challenges. We help the leads in your organization to become aware of their own strengths, preferred social- and communication styles, influence overall performance and achieve key results.
This program will also teach how to recognize and address miscommunications, presenting accordingly in a bigger story in a convincing way, as well as becoming aware and adapting between a coaching and directive leadership style, based on the situation and audience.
