Lepaya integrates power skills training into Microsoft Teams

Personal development in your daily workflow
Amsterdam, April 1, 2021 – Lepaya, a provider of online and offline power skills training for rapidly growing companies, today announced their integration with Microsoft Teams. With this integration to Microsoft’s digital working space, employees can attend virtual training courses and complete online learning activities without having to download additional software. The Amsterdam-based company is the first training organization to integrate with the popular internal communication platform.

Successful digital learning has been the challenge of more and more organizations since the outbreak of the coronavirus. While business processes are being digitized en masse, it is important that employees remain motivated and employable. That is why Lepaya is integrating with Microsoft Teams today, so employees can continue to develop within their natural flow of work.

“By giving employees the opportunity to further develop their skills on a platform where they already spend a significant portion of their working day, they become more motivated to complete their learning material. Through our unique integration with Teams, employees can train wherever and whenever it suits them. They get more control over their work, they become happier and therefore more productive”, says René Janssen, founder of Lepaya.

As a challenger in a crowded training market, Lepaya responds to the needs of Europe’s fastest growing tech companies and is at the forefront of closing the skills gap by empowering employees to develop skills that can never be automated. By integrating with Microsoft Teams, the internal communication software that has been growing exponentially since last year, Lepaya is taking another next step in its mission to make professionals happier and companies more productive.
