  • Learn to systematically break down problems into smaller parts before solving them when encountering a complex topic to address
  • Practice to scope and prioritize activities based on how important they are for solving the problem when planning your work

Structuring your Message

  • Practice to be concise and apply a clear logic in your message when you are communicating with others
  • Learn to tailor your message to the context and your audience

User-centric approach to Problem Solving

  • Learn to incorporate thinking about the experience of the end-user when analyzing business problems
  • Practice to apply a broad set of tools to address customer needs and pain points when thinking about creative solutions

Slide Writing

  • Learn to tailor your slides to your goal
  • Learn to start with having the purpose (‘so what’) of the slide clearly defined
  • Receive different tips and tricks for the design of your slides

Storylining

  • Learn to apply structure to your communication and clear logic and reasoning
  • Practice to scope the question at hand and define your recommendation
  • Practice to tailor a message to the audience and goal

Project & Stakeholder Planning

  • Practice to plan projects in logical steps, milestones and take dependencies into consideration 
  • Assess the optimal role for the stakeholders in projects and involve them accordingly

The Consultancy & Innovation modules will provide with a solid foundation in key consulting skills. Become aware and comfortable with holding onto challenges which you will face in your professional career. We help consultants to see the big picture, become a more effective problem solvers, and work more efficiently by scoping and prioritizing analyses. The consultants from your organization will learn these problem-solving skills and approaches by practicing with ‘’real’’ case experiences and transferring daily work cases to the sessions for tailored practice.

During the Slide Writing & Storylining modules, consultants will gain in-depth insights on the fundamentals behind creating a convincing story for your audience and develop a clear understanding of the different considerations that optimally convey the key message to a specific audience. It will provide you and your team with a well-grounded approach for challenges in the years to come. Deliver great impact by mastering storylining skills that stimulate compelling stories, resulting in higher acceptance of recommendations. Help your organization to communicate and work more efficiently by structuring logic and deliverables, as well as collaborating more effectively internally, as well as with clients, and stakeholders.

Classroom sessions:Consultancy & Innovation: 3 – 4 hours per topic (virtual classes) or 4 – 6 hours per topic (In-classroom sessions)
Slide Writing & Storylining: 4 hours per topic

  • Learn to use examples of behavior & impact to illustrate feedback
  • Learn how to use critical feedback to modify behavior and practice engaging in constructive discussions
  • Discuss the importance of ongoing (frequent and informal) feedback

Personality profiling

  • Become aware of one’s own strengths
