The Core! program is similar to the Base! Program. It gives you a solid foundation that you can use for years to come and with which you can comfortably face the challenges in your working life. However, the Core! Program comes with a consultancy or professional services twist, as this program has been tailored for specific contextual challenges. There is more focus on soft skills relevant for continuous direct contact with clients and close management of stakeholders, as these are crucial for success in the professional services and consultancy settings.

Additionally, we help you to understand and at a minimum identify opportunities when it comes to strategic selling. Create value through problem-solving that inspires your clients and understand the decision making processes for sealing deals. Furthermore, you boost your awareness of your strengths and weaknesses, learn to communicate more concisely and to give and receive feedback. Also, you practice how to make optimum use of your limited time, how to take charge of projects, and include others in them. Additionally, acquire how to convey your ideas in a structured manner.
