The Grow! Program, which is similar to the Build! Program, is tailored to professionals in professional services or the consultancy industry. You develop soft skills that are crucial for managing more complex strategic projects. We also provide you with very practical tools to further master these skills through comprehensive exercises. We add crucial skills to your solid foundation that you can use for years to come and with which you can comfortably face the strategic challenges in your working life. We help you to become aware of different communication styles and how you can include others in your vision. Additionally, learn how you map, manage and present with impact to different stakeholders.

Furthermore, you learn to understand the underlying cause of stress and how to deal with it, as well as how to manage and renew your energy, how to present yourself confidently and powerfully, and how to convey your ideas in a structured way. You work on the basis of personal cases and experiences that you have gained so far during your career. This creates an even bigger and greater impact of the Grow! Program for you!
