Soft skills are crucial for a kick start to a starters career. Being able to collaborate, deal with feedback and communicate effectively, that is how starters distinguish themselves early in your career. Subject-specific knowledge can be googled quickly, but YouTube does not teach them how to structure arguments clearly. Our Young Professional training program helps starters get from first to second gear!

Description

The Young Professional training program will give the starters of your organization a solid foundation that will be useful for years to come and with which they can comfortably face the challenges in the working world. We help to make sure that starters become aware of their own strengths and weaknesses, to communicate clearly, and to give and receive feedback. They will learn how to make optimum use of limited time, how to take charge of projects and include others in them, and how to convey ideas in a structured manner.

  • Learn to use examples of behavior & impact to illustrate feedback
  • Learn how to use critical feedback to modify behavior and practice engaging in constructive discussions
  • Discuss the importance of ongoing (frequent and informal) feedback
