It provides you with practical tips and tricks for implementation and less theory. Tailor this track to your specific needs and wants as preferred. Strengthen your leadership with relevant soft skills regarding leadership and team effectiveness. Gain awareness and understanding of the ins and outs of communication, driving results, and giving effective feedback for impact.

This track is specifically tailored for developers, who have a thorough understanding of subject-specific knowledge but can enhance their soft skills. Steer conversations and get your messages across by using different communication strategies effectively. Or, capitalize on and make use of empathy and confidence to stimulate and drive results. In collaboration with our clients and participants, we have established and decided to only use very specific practical cases that are really relevant for developers, to gain the most out of this track for our participants.
