Collaboration for Impact

We’re excited to continue this learning journey with Laura Overton and Bo Dury and we invite you to Impact Lab #3.

Whether we are designing, implementing or evaluating impactful interventions, our success relies on how we work with others in our organisation, not just what we do for them.

In this session we will focus on how to forge successful collaborations for impact.

Save the date!
Tuesday 18th April 2023
15:00 – 16:30 CET (14:00 BST – 9:00 ET – 8:00 CT)
Online event

Together we will explore:

  • What does impactful and effective collaboration look like?
  • Who do we work with and why?
  • What helps and what hinders our impact collaborations?

We will also use a  real world/ concrete case to leverage our collective wisdom in order to help an L&D team improve collaboration to improve business impact.

The session will be split in two:

  1. Interactive workshop – including sharing insights from research & practice
  2. Hands on lab – working on a concrete use case in breakout rooms to co-create practical hints and tips

“We have to purposefully & intentionally measure human behavior & performance. When we design our programs with intention & purpose, we set ourselves up for success.”Kevin M. Yates: L&D Detective
