A leading executive across Meta platforms for over five years, Ul-Ghani drove a number of digital transformations and led enterprise SaaS sales at some of the largest ‘societal phenomenon’ platforms in the world, including through in his roles at Facebook, WhatsApp and other leading brands including DropBox. Having seen firsthand the importance of identifying and successfully bridging workforce skills gaps during his two decades of experience scaling SaaS B2B businesses, Ul-Ghani brings a wealth of insight into the importance of scalable EdTech for some of the world's leading organisations, as well as a passion for enabling learning and development at every level of a business.

With over two decades of experience scaling SaaS B2B businesses across the world, Ul-Ghani has held various roles as CEO, Co-Founder and Senior Executive at a range of leading global organisations. Prior to joining Lepaya, Ul-Ghani held a number of director-level positions at Meta, including director of Sales for EMEA and APAC and as Facebook’s Director of Sales, GTM Workplace for North America and EMEA. He helped to drive digitalisation at DropBox as Country Manager for UK/I and Africa, and also spent time as Head of Media, Telco and High-Tech at leading Spanish professional services company Avanade.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Ul-Ghani will work with the Lepaya team to transform the company and build a new category of EdTech that empowers employers to identify and bridge skills gaps, ensuring that learning and development is both engaging and has a tangible impact on business goals.
