It’s been a little over six years since Lepaya was founded, and it has achieved so much as a company. Growing from a small training startup to a global talent upskilling player with more than 400 employees, and 100’s of enterprise clients across the globe. 

From acquiring AI technology companies VCoach (now Lepaya AI-Coach), and Smartenup to the London-based personnel development company SpeakFirst, and iconic training company Krauthammer we’ve successfully integrated product portfolios to further accelerate people’s upskilling and empower them to lead happier personal and professional lives. 

The growth of our team,  the expanded learning portfolio that engages learners at every career step and the technology that creates unforgettable and measurable training results require a brand evolution to match the level of impact we have on the lives of the client and their learners.

That’s why our brand website reflects the intersection of humans, information, and state-of-the-art technologies. Lepaya’s new look


Our new visual identity brings this promise to life and comprises a few key components: logo, colors, graphics, and images.

Logo


We decided to keep the logo exactly as it is. Because we know that our logo is full of hidden gems that represent who we are. From the 'L' to the 'e' there is an invisible up-worth line, representing growth and a successful learning journey. The tail of the 'Y' is designed to incorporate a smile, because we’ve seen so many happy learners after every Lepaya training.

Color pallet


As a company making bold decisions, we decided to elevate the brand by using bold colors. Our primary colors are two variations of blue, a color associated with trust and ambition, traits that match our brand character. The secondary colors like coral and yellow - signify our bubbly people’s centric personality - these colors evoke excitement, energy, enthusiasm, and potential that match our brand offering and learning experiences.

Website Infrastructure


As a learning company, we believe that the best knowledge is to be shared and it has to be easy to discover. That's why we migrated our website to a new, agile CMS that will allow for a seamless content discovery experience. We also introduced new website sections to give you a better insight into our solution—no gatekeeping around product updates, research articles, industry-specific knowledge, and tips.
