Bo Dury is a learning impact enthusiast. Her mission is to build products and solutions that measure and drive organizational impact through learning. Bo brings together her analytical background from her Chemical Engineering degree, cross-industry experience from consulting and scale-up experience from HelloFresh.

Co-founder

Larissa is the co-founder of MakeTeamWork, where she create a space for collaboration, creativity and innovation to take place, by facilitating impacful workshops, strategy sessions,and team-building activities to align teams and spark new ideas. With over 13 years of strategic planning experience across three continents, she specializes in crafting dynamic, inclusive environments—both online and in-person—tailored to the needs of diverse, cross-cultural teams.

Anne Parker

Senior Manager, L&D Business Partnering

Anne Parker leads a global team of O&ES Business Partners, who are responsible for partnering and consulting with HR and business stakeholders to identify the talent and development business needs globally, and ensure the development and delivery of impactful learning and development products to support the business and the people department to successfully execute strategic priorities.
She is also the co-author of a book in it's second edition on the topic of relocation: 'The Mobile Life; a new approach to moving anywhere'. The book describes how you can plan and rebuild a successful life for yourself using business skills and strategies: change management, project management and self leadership to take control of the relocation process and successfully rebuild your life in any country.

Victoria Bolotina

Learning Architect

With over 8 years of experience in the educational field, Victoria Bolotina has expertise as an instructional designer, educational advisor, and head of the Instructional Design department. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Science and Technology from the University of Twente, and has since contributed to research as a PhD candidate, focusing on workplace learning and learning communities in the Dutch installation sector.

She also co-founded the Lifelong Learning LAB, where she guided companies in developing impactful lifelong learning programs for their employees. Now at ASML, she continues to drive innovation and excellence in the learning and development space as a Learning Expert.
