  • Recognize the characteristics of an ownership mindset
  • Adopt an ownership mindset that helps them feel in control
  • Demonstrate ownership by being proactive
  • Explain which benefits and challenges they associate with initiative
  • Understand that all initiatives move through the phases of imagining, planning, executing, and reflecting 
  • Apply new tools and techniques to overcome your challenges in specific phases of the Spiral of Creation 

What can participants expect?

  • 2 virtual classroom sessions lasting 3 hours each
  • Roleplay and case study exercises based on real-life examples
  • Frameworks and models, including the Spiral of Creation and the 4 Steps to Ownership
